Important Shipping & Processing Information
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed by 4:00 PM (MDT) on business days will enter processing the same day. Orders submitted after this time will be processed on the next business day.
- Processing Timeline: Once received, most orders require 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday) to process. High order volumes or special circumstances may lead to extended processing times.
- Delivery Timeframe: After dispatch, shipping usually takes 5–7 business days (Monday through Friday), though this may vary depending on location, courier operations, or other external factors.
- Nationwide Free Shipping: All U.S. orders ship free of charge, with no restrictions on order size or value.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email indicating that processing has begun. After your order has shipped, a separate email will be sent with tracking information so you can monitor the shipment.

Delivery Expectations
Orders are shipped after the processing period and generally arrive within 5–7 business days. However, delivery times may be impacted by courier schedules, geographic location, or unforeseen conditions.
Although most packages arrive within 6–9 business days from the order date, external factors like weather, holidays, or logistics disruptions may occasionally cause delays. If your order is delayed, please allow up to 3 additional business days before reaching out. Should the order not arrive after this window, contact us at support@nomadex.co for support.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please email us at support@nomadex.co as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before processing or shipment begins. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellations cannot be made. You may request a return after delivery following our return policy.
Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging your order, but should any item arrive damaged or incorrect, please notify us by emailing support@nomadex.co. Include clear photos of the product and packaging that show the issue. We will promptly evaluate your case and arrange a suitable solution.
