How to Measure Your Body?
To choose the correct size for you, measure your body as follows:
1. Length
Measure from the highest point of your shoulder, straight down along your front to the desired bottom edge of the garment. Keep the tape straight and flat against your body.
2. Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape level and snug.
3. Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level and snug.
4. Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape snug but not tight.
5. Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping your feet together.
6. Sleeve
Measure from the center of the back of your neck, over your shoulder, and down to your wrist.
7. Shoulder
Measure across your upper back, from the tip of one shoulder to the tip of the other shoulder. Keep the tape level and straight, following the natural curve of your back.
8. Feet
Measure the length of your foot from the heel to the longest toe.
